Good experience overall. Good food and nice facilities. Room a bit noisy from the neighbours... But acceptable as the entire building is made from wood.

Very nice overall, however this is not a 4-star hotel due to the lack of isolation in the rooms (you can hear your neighbors stomping around on the floors above you) and you can smell sewage every now and then, and the bathrooms need some serious attention: best if they could surround the bathtub with glass or something as water gets everywhere and it doesn't drain properly, which leads to areas with black mold. Also, it would be great if they could install screens at the balcony doors.
The food (buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner) was in abundance and very good for the most part (they have thematic evenings and, ironically, the fish night was the least appealing of all). The location is absolutely gorgeous and staff is very nice and helpful.
