Room was clean and tidy. However there was a hole in ceiling where the fire alarm had come out and not been put back properly.
There was no heating in the bathroom however the lovely hot shower warmed the room super

There was no customer service at all. When we arrived all i got was 'fill the form, this is your room' and when we checked out the lady on the desk didnt even acknowledge us.
More thorough cleaning needed, went to plug my phone charger in and found an empty condom wrapper behind the bedside table. Also a mouldy sweet on our balcony. Overall is was okay for what we needed it for
