The first room smelled like sewage sadly, I reported it and the front staff promptly put me in the new room and it was nice and clean, no issues- I’m suspecting some old pipes maybe? But other than that, I really appreciated their hearty breakfast menu option you can add, they seemed more thoughtfully prepared than what you would expect from breakfast buffet-
Staffs are cordial, nice and helpful :))
The big bath area is a very nice addition - I do wish it smelled more like Hinoki and wondered how long those balls have been in the bath- it didn’t really have much scents- but it’s clean, great amount of amenities. I will return :))

The hotel is clean and tidy.
But there are not enough parking slots for all customers in front of the hotel.
The public bath is a bit small, can only accomodate around 3-4 people at the same time.
Overall, it is still high value for money.

The property was nice in terms of location, across the street there quite a couple of restaurants and a supermarket. The bathroom was a bit disgusting with stains on the wall around the toilet. Let us say the looked like the brown kind, God knows what it was. I was able to live with it since it was a primarily a place to sleep at. No roaches or bedbugs. Make sure to read the Do Not Disturb sign, apparently there are 2 different signs on the sign, accidentally put the clean side instead. Have to pay extra for breakfast but it's not worth it anyway, buy breakfast at the Lawson across the street instead.
