Staff is awesome! Clean room except we had to call service as bidet is leaking. There's no phone and coffee in the room. But on the overall, it was a great stay.

The room was clean and spotless. Toiletries and amenities are provided. The staff is super friendly, very general and always ready to help. They are amazing. The hotel location is great, easy access to many shops/malls and tourist spots. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Manila.
