The staff here went above and beyond. I was there during a heat wave and the ac was not that great. They brought a portable ac for us which worked well ! I felt very spoiled. Ha
Also my bf got food poisoning during his time (not from the hotel) , and the staff helped accommodate us for another night since he couldn’t travel. Very nice people. Very convenient location. Felt safe and walked a lot !

I love 3 main things of this hotel:
1. Very central - its a 2 minute walk to charles bridge!
2. Breakfast is wonderful- im not used to having beans for breakfast- but i enjoyed them a lot
3. Front desk staff - Sultan and Peter were super friendly and helpful.
I will definitely, 100% stay inbthis hotel again.

Cute hotel in a great location within Mala Strana. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great each morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if in Prague.
