This place is in an awesome location. Lots of bakeries, restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. Metro stop is literally across the street. There is also a market about two minutes away. The pictures are accurate. The place is beautiful and everything you need as far as dishes and utensils are provided. There are a few reasons why I didn’t give it 5 stars.1. There is no air conditioning, I know this is common in Paris, but this unit is on bottom floor, interior, with no ability to get air flowing through. They did provide fans, but was just blowing hot air around. I don’t think this is an issue from October through May, and wasn’t an issue for our last two days - but the first two days were unbearable. Summer time could be tough. 2. There is not really much room for clothes storage, other than some closet space with hangers. If you’re the type of traveler who likes to unpack and get the suitcases out of the way, this could be an issue. 3. We had three older travelers between 75 and 87 who were all in bed between 9 and 10pm, yet we got two noise complaints during our stay. One of them was the night Paris won the Champions League and the entire city was celebrating/rioting - yet, somehow, we were loud. As my wife and I were watching reruns of Ted Lasso, we got a second complaint around 10PM. This could be a real issue for people traveling with kids or if you are younger more spirited travelers.

This apartment is stunningly beautiful and clean! So much to offer and a Metro station right accessible the street. Lots of options for dinning in the area as well

Everything was great, apart from the morning after we arrived, when we had no water so could not use showers or toilets. The agency knew there were plumbing works going on upstairs but had not informed us that the water would be turned off for a couple of hours that morning. Disappointing.
