Location of this hotel is in the heart of the best restaurants and shopping. Very close to beach and family nightlife. We parked once at the hotel and everything was so conveniently close, that we truly did not need the use of our car. Our room had a balcony that was over the shopping street Via Giacomo Matteotti, loved to people -watch after a great dinner at Restaurante Mare Blu from that balcony, but had to stand.. did not ask for seating(do not know if chairs can be provided)
Also, hotel doesn't provide iron with board, but an iron is available to use in their basement...
Over all, this is super clean hotel and smells wonderful. Our room had a boiling pot, not a coffee pot which is what we prefer.-buy their wonderful Italian coffee on that street.
Tip* rent a moped to see the outskirt/small town- to explore the city... its all stop and go for pedestrians and traffic.

Friendly staff, superb location. Shops and restaurants are literally out the back door and conveniently located. The is maybe a 5-minute walk. The hotel is older but clean and quiet.
