The room and location was great to walk around. The room fridge was not working. The hotel had a tram in front so it rumbled at all hours which woke me up and on Friday evening the pub across the street was quite loud. Other than that the hotel was fine.

Staff didnt receive our Expedia reservation so we were locked out untill a staff member showed up.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights .
The location could not be better ! The old town with food and shopping were but a minute or so away. It is though located on a very busy road that has the tram running along it so it was very loud.
The accommodation was a bit rougher around the edges than expected with some extra cleaning probably needed in some places but not bad for the price.

Excellent stay
The lady was waiting for us when we arrived and checked us in. she was very helpful (sorry didn't ask the name) tourist related and local places to eat. nice and clean rooms. Location was perfect.

"Beautiful hotel and beautiful rooms. Service was spectacular and breakfast was good. Located on a happening square, in the heart of Old Town, with lots of cafes. Wonderful wonderful wonderful. :)
