The staff were so helpful - I was a little early and had planned to leave my luggage but they allowed me into my room which had a cute little balcony. The rooftop terrace is such a peaceful spot to take in the amazing view of Toledo. It was especially lovely to watch the lights come on at dusk and also listen to the concert happening in town.

Lovely small hotel in a convenient location.
Access by car was through very narrow streets and the hotel parking was in a garage with a height restriction - so beware!
Breakfast was fine but very simple.

In a city where everything is so close together it is often difficult to get an overview. However the roof terrace of this hotel is the perfect place to be. Fabulous views and a perfect place to see both the sunset and sunrise.
The hotel is in a great location, small but very well kept with a friendly staff.

Loved our stay in Santa Isabel.. location was perfect, staff excellent & the rooftop terrace was great with magical views.. we had room 212 which was spacious, perhaps could have had brighter lighting & more shelving for toiletries in bathroom but those are only minor things.
Great hotel & taxi can drop you off at the door
