Location was fantastic, very clean and close to all amenities. Room 21 air con was poor. So room was hot. But would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay great location for bars restaurants and the ferry terminal. Beautiful view from the balcony.
Only complaint about the room was the shelf above the headboard which we did hit our head on a couple of times. Loved the blackout blinds and the room was very quiet with the doors closed.
Loved the included breakfast. The staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

walkable from train station; fantastic location near ferry port; staff very friendly and accommodating; walking distance to Desenzano sights - castle, archeology museum, Roman villa - and many restaurants; lovely breakfast selection - can eat out on shaded terrace; property is older - has dark corridors; recommend room with balcony facing harbor
