Hotel, staff, and parking were first class. Toilet seat moved every time I sat on it, Shower and cleanliness were great. Breakfast was very good, although it cost me extra. I had thought that my booking through Expedia did include breakfast.

You had to enter the Hotel to appreciate how wonderful it is! The Restaurant was superb with a lovely menu far outstanding other Hotels of the same calibre!

On our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who informed us we had been upgraded for our one-night stay. This was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We felt so relaxed and didn’t leave the hotel.
We booked in for a meal which was fantastic. It was a busy evening as there was a party but it didn’t impact on our evening. The service was excellent and staff were attentive and accommodating but not overbearing.
The next morning we enjoyed a great breakfast with various choices - full English for us, as always. Probably the only criticism I could make was that the coffee could have been hotter.
We will definitely return and are already booked in for a night in December when visiting family again.

The room was lovely. Very clean. Lots of sachets for tea and coffee and biscuits. Comfy bed. Parking was just a cross the road. Breakfast was wonderful lots of choices. Staff were lovely and friendly.
