Overall the stay was pleasant. The room was excellent. The breakfast and dinner was good. The staff was courteous. Checkin and checkout was smooth. I was provided early checkin without much wait. The hotel was neat and clean. The hotel is near to MI road and many good shops and restaurants are nearby. It’s also near to many historical landmarks which makes it a best place to stay if anyone is there to explore the historical places.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Lots of items were missing or not working. Hairdryer had tape all around it. The room was dirty. Not 4 star standard. We did get upgraded to another room but again hairdryer not working and taped and sockets not working. This hotel is opposite a open top venue for parties and has a hall downstairs, it was noisy, the area is nice but in a built up noisy area
The people that worked there were great and helpful.
Thanks to Rakesh the Manager and Keshav the receptionist for helping us out and going out of there way to make our stay a better one.
