The room was good and compact and clean. The issue I had was with the air conditioning that had no turn off button. The noise for me was loud and was unable to sleep. Good price, good location, but the noise was not good.

You get what you pay for. Cleanliness is basic at best as none of the surfaces are even wiped. This specific room has one window that goes into the hallway where everyone walks along, only covered by s basic blind - not privacy proof whatsoever as the windows looks right into the bedroom. No desk or a chair to place anything on. Not a single towel hook or place to have it dry out throughout the day. Loose toilet seat. This place is fine if you want somewhere close to CBD and just to sleep for 1-2 nights.

The guy anserw the phone and the one who answers the phone after hours they sound very rude and not talking to customers probably they end the calls fast so not a good communication with customers. But that's just me and I have never been asked you have to pay bond for booking????
