Great location, very close walking distance to shopping, restaurants and yrain station. Good value for money.

Super location, a short walk to eateries, massage, pedi mani, Kim Yong market, Lee gardens etc. There's a lift and hot water dispenser at the G floor. Curbside parking available 1st come 1st get.
The property is very old and has a leaking problem. Floor was wet and got worse. Walls are thin so can hear/smell neighbours, cigarette smoke made sleep difficult and after complaining, same. Some rooms are without windows and it's terrible with the damp floor and foul air. Beds and pillows are old and flat, can feel the springs in your bones. If u don't plan to be in or sleep much, it's fine.
