From the very first moment to the very last, everything felt genuinely wonderful. We’re surrounded by Michelin starred spots at home, yet The Grosvenor’s food doesn’t just keep up…. it outshines so many of the places on our doorstep. Dinner was beautiful, breakfast was a delight, and the coffee was pure happiness in a cup. Every member of staff was warm and lovely, the bed felt like sinking into a hug, and all the little touches were so thoughtfully and beautifully done. My only complaint was that we couldn’t stay there another night!

I only stayed 2 nights and was out all day with friends. I wasn’t in a car, didn’t take breakfast in the hotel or evening meal so can only rate the room. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. An enjoyable stay.

I hadn't stayed here for several years - but it was just as amazing as last time. Fantastic roast dinner on Sunday. The bed was so comfy and lovely spacious room. I am surprised they are not 4 stars. The staff were super friendly especially over dinner. Will definitely come back - the experience was 10 stars. And the breakfast was delicious - the only problem was that I had eaten much the night before. And thank you!
