Stayed at C block, room with balcony with great view. Room comes with heater which is good for visit during winter. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is huge.
Cons: the service of front desk reception could be improved. Upon check-in, the 2 service staffs (a guy and a lady) on duty asked for booking confirmation no. Gave them both itinerary and confirmation no. provided by Expedia but they said its not the correct no. Provided them my passport to check booking name but they did not bother to check. Finally they checked us in but the bad attitude of the lady staff caused an unpleasant check-in experience.
