Good location, steps from beach access, shops and restaurants.
Garden view balcony includes train, but they did not disturb our sleep. Soundproof worked.
Off site parking about 300 meters, nearly flat side walk.

We enjoyed our stay and the big balcony outside our room. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very nice and helpful. We had some difficulty accessing internet in the room.
