I booked the Comfort Twin Room it was light and airy, the bathroom was a good size both rooms were very clean the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet. The hotel is outside Dusseldorf town but only a 15 minute tram ride into the shops Aldstat and the Rhine. Breakfast was included, there was a variety of hot and cold foods, tea coffee and fruit juices. The dining area was large and kept spotless. All the staff were very helpful and polite I will definitely be returning to this hotel again. The only thing missing was there were no drinks in the room but the restaurant was open till late. All in all it was a very pleasant hotel.

Room was clean, breakfast just ok, the check in was messy, someone else was checked into my room under my name....after all I got another room but it took a long time to sort out.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a three-minute walk from the train station and also close to the airport. The service was excellent, and the staff were very respectful, friendly, and helpful.
I would especially like to mention Mr. Othman and Mr. Kamal, who were extremely polite and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a good variety of choices.
There is also free parking available very close to the hotel, which was very convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to all the staff for their excellent hospitality and service!
