Air conditioning great.

Let's start by saying that if you're not younger than 30, and you don't have the patience of a tortoise in a desert, and you tend to get ever so slightly irritated when you're tired and sweaty after a long trip in 33 degrees heat....don't stay here! It took me no less than 50 minutes to get into the place. And that was only because the person whom I spoke to decided to assist me personally. Yes, me, the paying guest Hotels are becoming more and more tech driven to save on employing people. So, I received a lengthy instruction sheet, with pictures, on how to get through an iron gate, a glass door, and into the apartment. It didn't help that the address was very confusing, making me park in a narrow, one-way alley, looking for a number 7 that didn't exist. To get my instruction list, I had to fill out an online form. That also didn't go well, as there is a bug in their form, making it impossible to enter information. Fortunately I travel with my laptop, so I had to fire that thing up. None of the instructions were clear enough and I eventually found the contact telephone number. The man on the other end simply tried to make me understand which buttons on which door I must press, and he was gradually starting to have a tone in his voice like he was speaking to the Head Idiot of Milan... I just kept asking him to meet me in person. After about ten minutes he gave in and....walked the two minutes from his office over to the premises to unlock everything for me! Ridiculous.

The air conditioning was not installed correctly. The exhaust hose needs to be replaced and the window sleeve for the exhaust hose needs to be replaced and re adjusted so there’s no gaps for heated exhaust air to fill up the room.

First the location in the listing wasn’t the apartment location. Not a huge ordeal unless you dragged you and your families luggage to the place you booked and then (after having to stand outside and fill in forms they never sent on your phone - even after messaging them to make sure everything was taken care of AND talking to them all morning from the train) drag your luggage another 19 minutes away to a random empty building that looks like a old government building. The location is good, the apartment was nice, the balcony/terrace overlooks the industrial (fans/generators/trash) interior of the building - zero view of Milan. Would most likely not stay here again with the many other choices in Milan.

Everything about this location is excellent and concierge was always in communication and location is prime. The only issue was getting into the unit as the code provided did not work most times and had to rely on someone going into the building to let us in.
