The room was very smelly and you are not allowed to have a bath with hot water in the tub. The pools does not look very clean.
The staff was very kind and the shuttle was good, but you have to call them if you want to go back to the resort. If you do not have a sim card for thailand, it is a problem. We had scooters so it wasn't a big problem.
