Ensenada Hotel is a beautiful and quiet location, a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the nearby town. It is a young family owned operations with much promise. There are so many things they are doing right with a few things that need a little improvement but I imagine this will come with time and more business. My family and I traveled throughout Peru this summer (Lima, Trujillo, Cajamarca, Cusco and Machu Picchu). Cajamarca was by far my favorite place to visit. I believe our stay at this hotel had much to do with it.

One of the best staff I ever met. Courtesy, dedication,and compassion to the guest. I was the 4 days sick and unable to get out the hotel.
The office staff offer me a doctor or pick me up to emergency room.
