The air conditioner wasn't working right, but other then that was excellent

Wonderful location . The room was very quiet considering the amount of of noise on the street. The staff was very friendly. I asked them to replace a shampoo dispenser that didn’t work and they didn’t other than that this minor issue the experience was good.

Our stays at Hotel Hidalgo are always great. Staff is helpful and attentive. The king room very spacious. Housekeeping does a great job. The location is great everything at walking distance.
