Very nice and helpful staff.
The conditions of the hotel are not updated, sheets and towels are not in the best conditions. We did not used the pool but we noticed someone cleans it. It is far from downtown but the staff can get taxis.

Nice basic hotel in Bacalar. Spacious bedroom with big beds, a good shower and a powerful A/C. Friendly staff during check-in and check-out. Unfortunately the pool was empty for cleaning during our stay. Safe parking inside the perimeter of the hotel area. Quite far from the laguna, but good for a quick overnight stay in Bacalar.

This is a great little hotel in a not-so-great location. It's far from downtown and the lagoon, on a gravel road with no street lights. The pueblo is very safe, but as a single woman, it just didn't FEEL very safe to walk back in the dark....
