Went on a solo trip to PR and I booked this place on the same day of my arrival. Reasonable given how lodging can be in San Juan.
As for the room itself, it had a full bed and small kitchenette perfect for a solo traveler or even two people. The property is also conveniently close to the Laguna del Condado running trail, Condado Beach, La Placita and a quick 10 min drive to Viejo San Juan.
When i first got there the room wasn’t clean which I think was understandable given the last minute booking. I let the host know and he was flexible and quick in providing new sheets etc.
Throughout the stay, the host was attentive, making sure my stay and overall trip were smooth. He and his team offered great local recommendations for my trip as well.
So glad I came across this last minute booking. I can definitely say that staying at this property made my trip 10x better.
If you’re a solo traveler and looking for a more local feel, I highly recommend this property!

The property can improve its cleanliness and decoration. It was a good neighborhood and very close to everything but just things to improve. The staff was very good and friendly
