The beach was disappointing at the time of the year we visited but that’s not the resorts fault. It was sargassum season. During our trip it was low season at the resort, so we got no lines on the bars/restaurants, which I guess can be different in high season. The entertainment was great. Lots of options of delicious food. And shows at night that we also enjoyed. Our family had a blast.

Everything is good, but the smell of the sea. It was so bad. However, it was not a big disappointment because other famous beaches were similar. The food was a little lacking, but the service was kind and everything was good. We plan to go again in 6 months.

Was our first time in Mexico and was a little underwhelmed. Felt that they just wanted you to upgrade and would make a commission if they got you to. Because when one of our family members said they weren’t interested in an upgraded room for extra price they shuffled her off to someone else and then talked to the next person in line instead of finishing the check in. Same with concierge help not available at the desk. The guest services over phone was more helpful. Kind of interesting at this resort they won’t let you order or eat by the pool, considering it’s a family friendly resort with kids who just want to swim and be by the pool. I’m just not sure I’d come stay here again.
