The stay in Isara made our holiday in Khao Lak very memorable. The quality of customer service and sincere hospitality that far exceeded most 5 star hotels. Andy and Benz had gone out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care off during the stay. The property is near beaches and good restaurants, mini marts and one of the best Thai tea stall. They provide shuttle service to town and places of interest which saved us a lot on taxi fare. In summary we have only good things to say about Isara and we would like to really thank all the staff of Isara for making our holiday such an enjoyable one. We will be back!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Isara. Andy, the property manager was most helpful and communicative with whatsapp messages at the time of booking and also on the morning of our arrival. Andy ensured we had transport and also sent us the property location.
Isara is located on a busy road although no traffic noise was noticed. We found this area of Khao Lak to be quite sleepy which was not a problem for us as we had a hire car. Andy also offered shuttles to local attractions if required.
Our room was not located next to the pool although the pool is in a common area only 50m or so from our room.
The property itself was luxurious, roomy, clean and well air conditioned. There is a full kitchen with large refrigerator. There were 3 smart TV's in the property - one in each of the 2x bedrooms and a large one in the lounge. This was perfect for Netflix and Spotify. Solid wifi throughout without the need to repeatedly login. Speeds were 32 down and 63 up.
