We had a fantastic stay in Amsterdam! The hotel was in a great location, close walking distance to most tourist spots and restaurants (20 minute walk or less). The staff was very helpful. We didn't eat breakfast there, but the spread was a heavy continental breakfast (assorted breads, fruit, juices, teas, coffee). Our room was very clean and quiet. We hardly heard any noise from the hallways or through the walls.
