Rooms were clean, they can be kind of small for 2 people but if you have a full schedule planned it's no big deal! Staff were super helpful and having a laundry room was super helpful. Thank you!

Compact room with just enough space and a cute bathroom with a surprise penguin friend to welcome us! Although housekeeping is only once every 4 days, they offer fresh changes of towels delivered in a bag on your door each day unless you indicate it isn’t necessary. The free drinks selection in the lounge are excellent and the meal vending machines are decent quality. For the location, staff, services, and amenities, this is an excellent and convenient hotel. Definitely would come again!

Laundry very convenient. However houses Ice machine/ water station and I worry about the airborne lint/ health aspect
Staff all wonderful. Manager Michibayashi was exceptional.
