Clean room and very family friendly! Love the complimentary foot tub, massage chair, drinks, snacks and archive games. Good location, about 12 minutes walk from shinjinku station and shopping. Highly recommend!!

Overall a nice intro to Tokyo. 10-15 minute walk to nearby train station, friendly staff, clean rooms, lots of extras in providing snacks, drinks, breakfast, evening cocktails, and massage chairs. Rooms are tight, but that's expected in Tokyo. The bathtub was huge and good water pressure in the shower. I wish I knew how to turn off the heat on Japanese toilet seats!

This hotel it’s a gem. The staff is very very friendly and very helpful (a young gentleman even helped me with a call I had and stayed with me until my delivery was done). Different but great breakfast, lots of flavors. The rooms and the property were extremely clean (as well as everything in Japan). My Family and I had a great time and a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s different that I am used to in the US, but it’s much better. And the bathroom…the bathroom itself the best part, strong shower and a great toilet (that’s all the toilets in Japan).
