Location was convenient, 20min walk to downtown. Staff did not respond to messages when trying to check in. Had to call to organize details. Once we got there, staff were helpful getting us into the apartment. The apartment was very industrial looking, it stunk of harsh chemicals that took forever to air out with all the windows open. The blinds in one of the rooms stunk of really old musty and unwashed linens. One of the beds had dirty marks on the sheets. The kitchen had the bare minimum utensils and cooking ware. Appliances and window handles were on the cusp of being broken. Be prepared for travel buses coming in and out of the parking lot at all hours of the day into the late evening, idling and beeping right beside your window if you’re on the ground floor.

Finding the apartment was a bit of a challenge but the location was great. Apartment itself was fabulous. The\nOnly hiccup was no hot water.

The location was good, the accommodations were good, everything was clean, it was great to have a nice kitchen and washer/dryer for such a reasonable price. The upkeep maybe wasn't the best, with loose tiles on the counter, a curtain tie back hook that fell off, on and off low water pressure which caused the toilet to clog, and the shower wouldn't turn off unless we unplugged the hot water heater. They came out and fixed it but when we used it again it broke again. It was a little complicated to have to call for someone to come out and check you in, but they did come quickly and the caretaker was very friendly and efficient. I would stay again for the price, location, and conveniences.

The apartment offered everything we needed. We had an issue understanding how to manage de hot water system but I think it was a user issue.

Spacious but old. There are no mattress protectors for the mattresses, the mattress cover is completely pilled and feels scratchy like an old wool sweater, uncomfortable. Other than that everything else is ok. There have a combined washer and dryer, kitchen full of essentials.
