First off: The staff was phenomenal! From the front desk, to the restaurant (thanks for preparing my complimentary Tiramisu at 10:45pm!), to the cleaning crew, they were all amazing.
The hotel has the best location given that is is right on the Markplatz. Easy walk to explore the town. Added bonus is the parking onsite for 10 Euros a day.
The room was bigger than I needed it to be, since it was over two stories. But it was very clean and pretty modern. Very comfortable bedding.
Be aware that there is no elevator. So a heavy suitcase (like mine) can be a challenge.
Overall I was extremely happy and can only recommend this hotel.

Good sized room, adequate storage for two staying a week. Comfortable, very very quiet, and excellent central location in Goslar. Breakfasts were very good. Service in the hotel and at the restaurant for breakfast was excellent.
Only gripe, minor, but an issue for me with a bad back - bed was pretty hard.
A good place to stay in Goslar - recommend it.
