Staff is always nice. Helpful. Hotel lobby is still incomplete, but it is well maintained. You can hear music at night, as there is a KTV downstairs. Free parking if you stay at the hotel. 24hr service. Rooms are clean, housekeeping is on point. Fast and efficient, I was in the room when they cleaned once. Nothing stolen, honest hotel. Huge plus is the An Dong market across the street, has anything you want to buy in Vietnam.

Room was partially cleaned because I have to ask the staff to vacuum the area rug. The shower drain was backing up.
