We liked the staff, they were lovely and helpful, especially in restaurant. The breakfast was good and we really enjoyed eating it in the pretty courtyard.
The location was good for us, near the lake but walking distance to the night markets. Our room was nicely done, we didn't have a balcony room but that didn't matter to us, as less street noise. Beds were comfortable. We would go back.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The staff and service were exceptional. Awesome location. Will definitely be back the next time we visit Dalat.

The hotel appears to be new. Everything is in very good condition. The room is comfortable and well appointed. The fitness center and pool are very large. The breakfast has a great assortment of asian and western foods. Each day they placed a roasted leg of lamb. Also, the staff were extremely helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel and came away with a very positive impression. The property appears relatively new, exceptionally clean, and tastefully designed, offering an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere throughout. It fully met our expectations of a five-star hotel.
The service was outstanding. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and highly attentive, always willing to assist and ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
During our stay, we made use of several of the hotel's facilities, including the spa, fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna. All of these amenities were well maintained and of a very high standard, contributing to an excellent overall experience.
If we were to suggest a couple of improvements, it would be helpful to have a shower located outside the sauna area, allowing guests to rinse off without having to return to the changing rooms each time after using the pool or sauna. We also felt that disinfectant wipes or cleaning spray should be available in the fitness center so guests can sanitize equipment after use.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. These minor suggestions did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience. We would gladly return to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay.
