Great location. Kind and helpful
staff. Good washing machine. Good aircon, clean and functional facilities. Early check-in. Bed was low quality in that we felt it sank in the middle and therefore it felt small. Fridge was advertised as full size but this was untrue. The free WiFi printer was a good idea. No smart TV for casting or English Channels. We got the worst room I think despite being Expedia Platinum members and being so close to the front door meant we heard it slam during night. The steps down to the kitchen would be better with a hand rail for safety.

First of all fantastic location on this hotel
Literally everything is walking distance so the location is very convenient if you are willing to walk 10 min
No staff at check in or check out but communication with staff on WhatsApp’s is seamless and they are very responsive and that takes a little of the anxiety off
The room is spacious and clean and they provide free nespresso in the room so that’s nice
I don’t think they clean the room every day unless u ask
All in all we were happy with the room no issues at all it actually exceeded expectations and for us the location was so important
It’s not in the heart of everything but it’s within 10-15 min walk from all major attractions
$$$$
