Roaches in the room - returned from meal and kilde 4 near closet area. 2 more roaches found under each bed.
Only 1 set of towels and washcloths in room, for a 2 night stay.
.Towel rack rod was completely covered with rust. Had to leave because the had no rooms available. Staff could not reach corporate rep for asststance. No parking concerns.

You had to wait for the towels because they always was in the wash machine or dryer. You had to ask for a Broom to even sweep the floor in your room they didn't have an oven that would have helped because sometimes you just don't want to cook on top bake at times.. They had no utensils and cleaning supply, no pots and pans you had to bring your own. It was not told up front.

The accommodations were great and the Staff was awesome (Nina helped me checked in quickly so I can get to my next appointment in DC.)
