the young lady working the front desk was amazing, friendly and happy!!! she's a doll! first time staying at a Hilton Garden Inn, been to many Hilton properties but never this brand. It was a pleasant surprise!!!

The staff was very accommodating. We asked to change rooms, away from street noise and they happily moved us. We travel with 2 small dogs, and they were welcomed. Our only negative was that there was no breakfast included. Just rolls and coffee or some apples/oranges would be a nice touch.

The staff are amazing except the maids. Their cleaning wasn’t the best in the rooms. Other than that the stay was nice and the staff at the front desk were really the stars of the show. Exceptional service and beyond friendly.
