Our family had an amazing stay here. Location is very good, near the Lake Yamanaka, Mount Fuji view from the living room, dining room and bathroom. Clean and quiet. Washing machine works well. We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! We will definitely book this hotel again next time we travel to Mount Fuji.

Very close to viewing site of Mt. Fuji. Walking distance to convient store. Very clean and has everything we needed.

Beautiful, modern, and peaceful place to stay. The property was clean and comfortable, although the ground floor could have been cleaned a little better. While it doesn't directly face Mount Fuji (other houses can), you can still see it from the bedroom window and get an even better view with a short walk outside. Parking is a bit tight if you're driving a large 7-seater like a Toyota Alphard, but overall we had a great stay and would happily recommend it.
