優點是又大又美，而且設備齊全，地點也好，非常推薦，房東回信息也很快，而且很關心房客，在旅程中這樣感覺很有安全感。
要說缺點就是煮飯的不沾鍋具皆有很深的刮痕，使用起來覺得十分不安心，另外有的鍋具或餐具好像沒洗乾淨。除了這些都很完美。

本当に綺麗かつ、広い！ 駅からも近く、スーパーやインターも近い。 箱根を観光する拠点としては最高でした。
タオルをキッチンやトイレ、洗面所用に多めに用意してもらえると嬉しい。
