We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Motel. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and well organised. Great spa bath. It was nice not to have to ask for fresh towels, they were replaced when the until was cleaned for us. Definitely 10/10. Thank you :)

So clean, bed was comfortable, and our unit was excellent. Would definitely stay again.
Location was very central to the city. Proprietors Max & Robyn so friendly.

We loved our stay at the Palazzo in Nelson. We had a nice quiet room and the tips on where to eat and what to see were very much appreciated. Would stay here again in future.
