Overall nice property and budget friendly

Clean room in good location, in room washing machine and kitchen. Loading zone across the street from the entrance to allow you to load and unload easily. Avon street car park is closest for overnight parking, approx 30GBP for 24 hours. Very noisy in square outside starts at 6am.

Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful communication. Perfectly clean. Comfy bed. Great location. Would highly recommend and will def stay again.

The instructiobs to enter into the building were not sent in advance despite having done the check in. The instructions were not listed in the building. The helpdesk did not answered to my calls, and it took 3 hours for tjem to answer to my messages. The cleaning lady the following day helped me out. This is very bad organised.

Stayed here before and liked it, so easy choice to book again. Good price, nice comfortable room, brilliant location . A couple of issues this time. There is no air conditioning in the room. We’re in the middle of a heatwave!!! Was really tough going!! The area around the skylight has some water damage and could do with a lick of paint
