We celebrated our 25th anniversary with a seven day trip to Tulum. The Alaya was a great place to stay. The staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The location is quiet but within walking distance of amenities. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

If you are looking for a calm, beautiful beachfront escape in Tulum with a wonderful, zen atmosphere, Alaya is the place. The design seamlessly blends into nature, and the hospitality is next level. This was an exceptional place to stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their hospitality was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The views were absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The food and drinks were excellent, making it easy to enjoy a great meal on-site when we didn’t feel like venturing into town. For those who do want to explore, the location is ideal—there are numerous shops, restaurants, and conveniences just a short five-minute walk away.
One of the highlights of our stay was the romantic dinner I arranged for my wife and me. The staff did a phenomenal job with every detail, creating a beautiful and intimate experience that exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, and it became one of our favorite memories from the trip.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful location, outstanding service, and a truly memorable stay.
