Good hotel.
Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Ocean harbor view (half the rooms).
Small bathroom, hard to use. Floor is uneven, almost fell. Staff were not the friendliest, a bit ignorant.

Lovely hotel with great water views! Was only here for a few hours after a 1 am ferry arrival but staff were great, room was very comfortable and access to airport shuttle was just a block away.
