It is a four-star hotel with very good comfort. The building is a bit old, but overall it is still in good condition. The services are good and fully meet the four-star standard.

Good evening buffet menus a bit basic but reasonably priced , breakfasts hit and miss for European tastes but otherwise a good place to explore the wider HAMPI area

Absolutely not worth the rates. The campus is badly maintained. The area outside is so dirty including the compound. Doesn't feel safe.
Full points to the staff. Very courteus and polite.
The rooms are clean and better than the exterior suggests. Overall I would skip the hotel for price.
