Hotel Casablanca

The hotel itself was great, nice pool and beautiful surroundings. However, the restaurant was a big disappointment. We ordered our meals on the first day and the "chicken fillet" and fish were ridiculously small, thin and dry, just to be surrounded by lots of french fries and rice!! All of this for a very expensive price. Breakfast was ok, but always the very same items every morning and you can tell the hotel tries to save a lot even things that don't cost a lot: the juices were so diluted in water that they didn't taste like fruit juices anymore, same with the coffee! Also when the breakfast items would finish (yes they would wait for it to finish instead of keeping an eye and refill the trays before it went empty), it would take ages for the staff to come and check it, I had to get up many times and tell them myself. Other than that the staff were attentive and kind, the rooms were clean but, as they have solar panels doing the heating, one day it was just raining all the time. I went to have a shower in the evening and the water was cold, so apparently if the sun doesn't shine, you will get no warm shower whatsoever.
