The check in experience is horrible as the one who handle it is not Malaysian, but foreign worker. The room are quite clean. but the bathroom floor is slippery like it covered in soap and also the shower head is leaking. The bed are comfortable to crash and sleep. Same with check-out, the guy who receive my key card asking his co-worker to check my room first and saying rudely if I break anything I had to pay. And again, its a foreign worker.
