This is a hidden gem! Absolutely stunning place with beautiful grounds! Our room was a garden view and absolutely huge! A lovely big window overlooking the gorgeous gardens, watching the sheep and cows in the fields behind, we enjoyed our morning coffee on our wingback chairs and footstools. The bathroom was lovely and clean and very spacious. The food and wine were absolutely delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely retreat from the world sitting in parkland. Dinner on the terrace, food was wonderful something for everyone we can recommend the Crispy Duck Salad which was delicious. The breakfast was great so much choice and well cooked too. Lovely large room great shower and comfortable bed Staff were friendly and helpful A place to return to Plenty of easy parking

I enjoyed my overnight stay at the Sweeney. The hotel had plenty of character was quiet and peaceful situated up a longish drive away from the road and traffic noise. My room was comfortable and spacious. My evening meal of fish and chips was delicious and the staff were cheerful, polite and helpful.

Room was lovely, clean and coffee machine. Went for the Ibiza night. Great music, great food! Blankets supplied for the chilly evening. Nice touch. The owners are hands on and really can’t do enough for everyone. Stating again for the Ascot ladies day.
