Great location, very convenient if you're going to/from the Haneda airport. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and public transport is right next door. Room size can be small but otherwise bed was comfortable. Would stay there again.

Great price value for room. We stayed on the room with the standard "king bed" (two twin beds fused together).
Staff we're friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and room was as well.
During our stay, there was a school trip and unfortunately we were able to hear them quiet clearly as our room was located directly across from the elevators. But otherwise noise level was decently quiet.
Laundry is available but does not wash medium loads well nor does it dry clothes efficiently either. I would recommend to use an external laundry service outside of the hotel as we had to dry most of our clothes in our room ourselves.
Very lively area at night with lots of izakayas and pachinko nearby. Very close proximity to Kamata station (which was very helpful). Overall good experience and would recommend if you are ok with travelling approx 30-40min to most attractions in tokyo.

아들과 함께 3박 이용함. 깔끔하고 직원들 친절 그리고 한국 직원분 만났습니다. 14층 이용했고 2층 공중목욕탕 이용함. 가성비 👍, 또다시 일본을간다면 또 숙박 이용하고 싶네요.
Stayed for 3 nights with my son. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and I met a Korean staff member. I used the 14th floor and used the public bathhouse on the 2nd floor. Great value 👍 If I go to Japan again, I’d love to stay here once more.
