The Inn was quiet, well kept, and comfortable. The only real restaurant in town belongs to the Inn. Expensive. Service decent. Food unimaginative.
There is a small deli. Offerings are limited and a bit pricey.
One bar in town. That’s it. No drugstore, grocery store, or any other mercantile establishments. Union Springs is 8 miles up the road.
There is a spa (expensive).
All in all, a quiet retreat for a few days for an older crowd.

Very unusual property with various buildings spread out through the village. The room was quite good. The only complaint is that the hotel is very understaffed and there was little help available in certain areas. For example, we had to carry kayaks and find paddles and life jackets ourselves because there was not a single person working on the boat area.
