Otranto was one of our favorite cities in Salento. Amazing location walking distance to the main sights, incredible apartment with terrace facing the ocean. The staff was incredibly helpful, Sergio and Caterina helped us with restaurant reservations and luggage transport. Breakfast was not included. The welcoming bottle of sparking wine was a great touch. Parking was easy to find with the instructions provided, but an extra fee. Communication was prompt and the staff was welcoming. Grazie Sergio and Caterina.

Could not ask for a cleaner place to stay in the heart of historic Otranto. Breakfast is not included not even a coffee if you ask for one. More disappointing was that Expedia stated that parking is available, which was a search criteria we used. Had to park blocks away on street paying $15/day and haul luggage to hotel. I know this can be normal in the historic areas but not sure why description stated available.
Lastly i can't thank Caterina enough for all of her welcomed suggestions on things to see and places to go. We dined at 2 amazing restaurants thanks to her recommendations and making reservations for us.

The staff at this hotel were excellent, made us very welcome and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was very nice and served on a rooftop patio overlooking the sea. We had a suit, which was very spacious and very comfortable.
