The place is not the usual hotel type but the room is spacious and got all your basic amenities on a hotel. Bed and sheets are clean and new clean towels!

I had a small issue when I arrived for check in, but the staff was AMAZING. They went out of their way to accommodate me and resolve the challenges. In the US, I’m afraid that kind of service is all but dead in all but the highest end establishments, but here in Manila, at the LeezInn Makati, they are exceptional! Truly outstanding from Roshan at the front desk to Jenna the hotel manager and especially Jenny, the Operations Manager who made it her mission to take care of me. I could not recommend this hotel any stronger for US or other citizens visiting the area. Grab was quick and convenient and you’re in the middle of a “hot spot” for people watching.
